Can I return an item?
Yes — if your item arrives damaged, incorrect, or doesn’t meet its described ritual, we’ll make it right. Refunds are offered on a case-by-case basis, reviewed with branded precision and emotional pacing.
How do I request a refund or exchange?
Email support@designsbyvanmatre.com with your order number, a brief description, and any relevant photos. Ava and Ember will review your case and respond within 48 hours.
Are all items eligible for refund?
Most are, but some relics are final sale due to their nature, customization, or limited edition status. These will be clearly marked in the product description.
